Synopsis

They have not chosen to be there. They are peripheral to power even when they have reached it. They maintain life ethics. And, due to all this, they feel freer when it comes to expressing themselves.

Through their testimonies, our women will reveal their personal experiences, their feelings and their process of building a new life.

An existential tour which deals with aspects such as the news of the murder, the following day with their family, their position as public victims and their own personal trajectory which goes from overcoming fear and transmitting values to facing reconciliation.

Testimonies from women who are the victims of terrorism and represent a broad social spectrum of the Basque conflict. The time when it took place reflects a very specific political and social context within ETA's own history and evolution.
